A native of Philadelphia, Chef Jocelyn Egleton now calls San Diego home. Married with three sons, she is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community.Her love for food stems from her grandmothers who passed along their cultural traditions via the kitchen. Like many of her counterparts, Chef Jos was introduced to cooking early and spent countless hours in the kitchen learning her roots through conversations, laughter, and the passing down of recipes from her ancestors. Shei s most proud of that part of her culinary journey. She cooks various types of foods, with a background in Italian and soul food. She owns a company that provides private chef and catering services, and she enjoys feeding, sharing conversations, and making connections with people from all walks of life, as well as serving her community through philanthropy. On todays show Chef Jos will be making a Seafood Stuffed Salmon.
