Kelly Rowland and her husband Tim Weatherspoon are expecting their second destiny’s child!
The “Motivation” singer showed off her adorable belly bump on the November cover of Women’s Health. “We had been talking about it loosely, and then COVID happened and we were just like, ‘Let’s see what happens,’” Kelly shared on their decision to try for a second pregnancy.
Kelly, who got pregnant right away, was hesitant to share the joyful news during a time when so many others are suffering. “But you still want to remind people that life is important,” she reflected—adding “and being able to have a child…I’m knocking at 40’s door in February. Taking care of myself means a lot to me.” Speaking of self-care, the songstress shares that she’s taking it easy this time around—opting for plenty of rest, yoga, walks, and stretches, instead of an intense fitness regimen as she did with her first pregnancy.
Their new bundle of joy is due later this year and will join Kelly and Tim’s five-year-old son, Titan Jewell. We are over the moon for Kelly’s baby news and we wish her a healthy and happy pregnancy!
